Belangrijk: Alle vrachtwagens van meer dan 3,5 ton dienen een actieve OBU te hebben in België. Humanitaire transporten voor Oekraïne moeten het formulier hieronder invullen voor mogelijke terugbetaling van het transport. Dit moet voor het vertrek gebeuren.
Onder humanitaire goederen wordt verstaan goederen zoals dekens, kledij, tenten, voedselpakketten, medicijnen of medisch materiaal, …. Om een terugbetaling van tol te kunnen genieten, dient de lading exclusief te bestaan uit humanitaire goederen. Een gemengde lading van commerciële goederen/humanitaire goederen valt niet onder de toepassing van deze regeling.
Vul het volledige aanvraagformulier hieronder in met de bijhorende bewijsstukken of stuur een email met alle gevraagde informatie in het formulier hieronder naar contact@viapass.be. Na goedkeuring door Viapass wordt de kilometerheffing terugbetaald door uw dienstverlener.

Deze terugbetalingsregeling gaat van kracht voor transporten vanaf 22/06/2022, en zal van kracht blijven tot nader bericht.
Important : tous les poids-lourds de plus de 3,5 tonnes doivent avoir un OBU actif en Belgique. Les transports humanitaires pour l'Ukraine doivent remplir le formulaire ci-dessous pour un éventuel remboursement du transport. Ceci doit être fait avant le départ.
Par des biens humanitaires, on entend des biens tels que des couvertures, des vêtements, des tentes, des colis alimentaires, des médicaments ou du matériel médical, ..... Pour bénéficier d'un remboursement de péage, la cargaison doit être constituée exclusivement de marchandises humanitaires. Un chargement mixte de marchandises commerciales/biens humanitaires ne tombe pas sous l'application de cet arrangement.
Envoyez ce formulaire électronique de demande dûment rempli via le bouton « envoyer » ou envoyez un mail contenant les mêmes informations complètes ainsi que les documents d'accompagnement à l'adresse contact@viapass.be. Après approbation par Viapass, le prélèvement kilométrique sera remboursée par votre prestataire de services.

Ce formulaire doit être présenté au prestataire de services lors de la demande de remboursement du prélèvement kilométrique. Toutefois, cela ne signifie pas que la demande est automatiquement approuvée.
1 FORMULAIRE PAR TRANSPORT
Ce régime de remboursement entre en vigueur pour les transports à partir du 22/06/2022, et restera initialement en vigueur jusqu'a nouvel ordre.
Wichtig: Alle Lastkraftwagen von mehr als 3,5 Tonnen sind verpflichtet, eine aktive OBU in Belgien an Bord zu haben. Hilfsgüterkonvois für die Ukraine müssen das unten stehende Formular ausfüllen, um eine eventuelle Erstattung des Transports zu beantragen. Das Formular muss vor der Abfahrt ausgefüllt werden.
Unter humanitären Gütern versteht man Güter wie Decken, Kleidung, Zelte, Lebensmittelpakete, Medikamente oder medizinische Ausrüstung, .... Um eine Mauterstattung zu erhalten, muss die Ladung ausschließlich aus humanitären Gütern bestehen. Eine gemischte Ladung von kommerziellen Gütern/humanitären Gütern fällt nicht unter die Anwendung dieser Regelung.
Bitte füllen Sie das nachstehende Antragsformular vollständig aus und fügen Sie die erforderlichen Unterlagen bei oder senden Sie eine E-Mail mit allen erforderlichen Angaben an contact@viapass.be. Nach Genehmigung von Viapass wird der Kilometerpreis vom ihren Dienstanbieter erstattet.
